Weekend stories...

The weekend started with a bang...am going to get into details...coz..as Mohsin rightly mentioned...all the details he missed in his post will come here...:)

The plan was in place...were to go to the Scream...clubbing...
We were supposed to meet at Charuta's place by around 8:30pm...but as usual...we are always late...we left office at 8:45pm in the daemon's car. Now I know why people fear his driving...seriously...all he does is try and test his brakes...I mean if you can see a vehicle in front of you slowing down...you would also slow down right...but the daemon...will go as close as 100m zoom...and then apply brakes...
Ok, whatever...we reached safely at our first destination....and no wonder i changed my vehicle...its much safer with Khyati driving..:)
We went to the East Street Cafe..(well known as the bus wala resto..;). The place is nice...has a lovely ambience...
We were looking for a place for the seven of us...and the answer we got is..but that place is a little private...hehe...why would seven of us need a private place...and do we care that people around need privacy...? ;)
The service was a little slow there...but the ambience more than compensates for that. We learnt a novel story about Lalooji there...:P
Left our dinner katta by 10:30 and reached Scream by 11pm. As soon as we stepped in...we were just wanting to get in...lets get in ... lets dance...!!
There was a party for the Symbi people...we got in anyway.
We immediately took to the floor...and started dancing as if we were all professionals...;)
The music..was good...the volume was just right...the place was just rightly lit...and the company .... was awesome...:)
It was an amazing stress buster...and we didnt stop till around 1:30am when the music stopped.
After that awesome dance party...we had to have the well known pastries at the LeMeridein cafe. We stopped by there. Had nonsense fun while in the cafe...and gorged on some amazing pastry and coffee...
Left the place at 2:30am and I reached home by 2:45am...
Yes, I knew my parent's reactions were coming...but I would have done anything for the awesome fun...and the quality time we spent together...:)
Needless to say, next day I was lectured on timings...what I think is right....what am I doing with my life etc etc....but whatever...!

The weekend otherwise was pretty hectic..as mom wasn't here and so, had too many household chores to tend to.

Another happenning event was...that I started painting again. Whatever inspired me...I think it was much needed. I wanted to try water colors, took out my colors...and I shouldn't have been surprised but the colors were almost dry. Tried using some lucky, still wet colors. It had been ages I had painted using water colors...and needless to say...the first painting was a disaster. I mean even a small child could do better! I didnt give up at the first, I made another two..which were not that bad...but didnt get me a nod...from my worst critic..my Dad. But yeah, I plan to work on the paintings...say every weekend...I should get back my purane skills. And yes...there is another canvas...all drawn and ready to be painted. Maybe I should start that as well.

I had to wake up early on Monday, to make khana....but I just couldn't sleep at night. Stayed awake till 3am...and woke up at 5:30 without any complaints...made food...slept for an hour...woke up...dressed up and left for office..while leaving the milk to boil..and spill...But im not at all tired...:)

Anyway, thats all for the weekend story...:)
